1. What do I actually have to do?

Show up for the shoot. We plan your angles, write every script for your approval, handle the camera, lighting and direction at your business, and deliver finished ads.

2. How much do the packages cost?

Pricing depends on two things: how many ads you want each month (4, 8 or 12) and whether you add Full Service, where we also run your ads and social media. Book a quick call and we'll give you an exact quote.

3. How long does a shoot take?

Most shoots take about an hour at your business. Bigger or more complex jobs can run longer, and we'll tell you up front.

4. How fast will I get my ads?

Finished ads are delivered 2–4 business days after the shoot, depending on how complex the edit is.

5. How many revisions do I get?

Unlimited. We keep refining each ad until you're happy with it.

6. Do you post the content for me?

On Starter, Growth and Scale we deliver finished ads ready for you to post or run. With Full Service, our most hands-on package, we also handle your social media posting and run your Facebook and Instagram ads.

7. Is there a contract?

All packages run on a 3-month minimum. That gives us enough time to test angles and find the ads that work best for your business.

8. Is ad spend included in Full Service?

No. Ad spend is paid directly to Facebook and Instagram, so you stay in control of your budget. Full Service covers campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, social media posting and a monthly results report.

9. What formats do the ads come in?

Every ad is delivered vertical and square, with captions, so it's ready for Reels, Stories, TikTok and the feed.

10. What areas do you serve?
